[In Nero’s Room]
Akira: Thank you for your advice, Nero. I’ll make sure to take note of it during the next mission!
Nero: Glad to hear my advice was helpful. Since you’re here, how about some tea and cake?
Akira: May I? I’ll have some then, thank you!
When I accepted his offer happily, Nero smiled and poured me another round of warm tea. Taking a sip, I breathed out a happy sigh.
Akira: Being in your room is relaxing. I’m not sure how to explain it, but it’s comfortable...
Nero: Really? There’s nothing much of interest here, but I’m glad to hear that.
Nero: The other wizards tend to display their favourite artworks or items, but my room’s stayed the same since I’ve come...plain and simple.
Akira: It seems like the others have been shopping when they’re out and about. Do you not do the same?
Nero: Not really...nothing’s caught my eye so far.
Akira: I suppose it’s difficult to decide on buying something when you don’t have anything specific in mind.
Akira: It may be a good idea to think of something you want before going shopping.
Nero: Huh. That’s a good idea.
Akira: How about this, if you were to add some furniture to this room, what would it be?
Nero: Furniture…? Guess I’ll be looking for some chairs.
Akira: That’s a good start! Buying new furniture can change the entire ambience of a room.
Nero: Haha...yeah, it could.
Nero: Speaking of furniture, those at Shylock’s bar left an impression on me. The first time I visited, I was sure it’d be packed with posh furniture, since he’s from the west. But I’m sure you’ve seen for yourself that it was furnished simply and elegantly instead.
Nero: The furnishings went well together, and none of them were too gaudy, so it made for a comfortable atmosphere. Seeing the environment there did kinda make me want new furniture myself, too.
Akira: I agree! Shylock has a great eye for furnishings, doesn’t he? I’m curious where he might’ve bought them.
Akira: Wait, I know! How about we visit Shylock to ask where he bought the furniture in his bar?
[At Shylock’s Bar]
Shylock: I see. So that’s the reason why the two of you have stopped by today.
Nero: Yeah, I’m pretty fond of the ambience at your bar too, so I came along to ask where you bought them.
Shylock: Fufu, such high praise is delightful to hear. However, I fear my response may not be what you’re looking for…
